What is a DAO
A DAO or decentralized autonomous organization is a convenient way to share ownership and management of an organization made popular by the web3 movement.
Governance
You can think of investing into the DAO like becoming a board member with voting rights of a sports franchise. With your investment, you are in turn given the DAO's native token $Ballers which you will be able to use to vote on different proposals made by other board members. The larger the investment, the more $Ballers you receive, the greater weight your vote holds.
Profit Sharing
As part owner of the Kongcrete Jungle Ballers, you own a portion of the franchise and will benefit from any success that it sees. This includes the opportunity for passive income made from profits within the Rumble Kong League game as well as revenue streams outside of the game.
Why do we need a DAO?
More information has been released by RKL regarding club NFTs, and it has become clear that they will not come cheap. On top of that, we are building a brand and have large aspirations for what this can grow into. These goals require funding, and DAOs are an extremely efficient way of achieving this.
